Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return the product. Please note the following guidelines:

• You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• We only accept returns in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact. Used or damaged items will be refused and returned to you.
  

To initiate a return, please email us at info@chanomodesty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For your protection, always use a trackable shipping service (Track & Trace). We are not liable for lost returns.

Shipping costs for returns

If you placed an order with free shipping because the total amount exceeded €100, and you decide to return (part of) your order, causing the final purchase amount to drop below €100, the original shipping costs will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order by submitting our Withdrawal Request Form available on our website. Upon receipt of the request, we will send confirmation by email.
